The outcome

A cross-functional view connecting what a product does with how people discover it, understand it and choose it.

The situation

Product growth is often split between rooms. Product teams think about capability, marketing teams think about attention and sales teams think about the market. The customer experiences all three at once.

International products add another question: how does useful knowledge travel across markets without losing its meaning?

The work

At Infosysta, Eslam worked on international growth for Atlassian products through content and SEO. Around App4Legal, his responsibilities included marketing and product development.

The work connected product understanding, search, content, positioning and the path from discovery to use. It treated go-to-market as part of the product relationship rather than a campaign that begins after the product is finished.

What the record shows

The documented career record supports the combination of product, content, SEO, marketing and international-growth work. It does not provide a public breakdown of dates, traffic, revenue or conversion performance, so this case makes no such claims.

The lesson is that product strategy and go-to-market should not live in separate rooms. Understanding how people find and interpret a product can change what the product needs to become.
