Sharpen the proposition
Clarify the problem, audience, promise and reason to believe so the product has something specific to earn.
FOUNDERS & STARTUPS / EGYPT · MENA
AI has made features easier to reproduce. A stronger advantage comes from a problem understood deeply, distinctive knowledge, trusted access to an audience and a product that fits how people actually work. I help founders connect those pieces before speed turns a weak assumption into an expensive build.

01 / THE FOUNDER QUESTION
I work with founders on the questions between product, market, technology and growth: what are we really building, for whom, why now, which assumption should we test first, and where does AI create actual leverage? The work starts before a larger roadmap or a more polished pitch hides the uncertainty.
02 / WHERE I CAN HELP
Clarify the problem, audience, promise and reason to believe so the product has something specific to earn.
Map current behavior, test assumptions, prioritize journeys and decide what must be true before the build grows.
Find where AI can change cost, speed, quality or possibility, and what should remain manual while the team learns.
Connect product behavior, audience insight, content, search and go-to-market instead of treating growth as a separate campaign.
Make a small, useful version of the idea and put it in front of reality before certainty becomes expensive.
03 / WHAT A USEFUL ENGAGEMENT LEAVES YOU WITH
A sharper proposition, a more defensible knowledge advantage and a test the team can run before committing to scale.
04 / EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE ADVICE
My own career includes growing digital products and co-founding ventures. During my work in digital marketing, Bey2ollak grew from roughly 700,000 to more than 1.3 million users. I also co-founded Bteekh and Egyncy, putting ideas into motion rather than advising from the sidelines. Bteekh reached hundreds of millions of monthly impressions around a MENA user-generated-content model.
Figures are approximate markers from the documented career record; detailed internal analytics are not published.
05 / QUESTIONS BEFORE WE START
No. Bring the messy version of the idea, the decision you are avoiding or the assumption you are not sure about. We can make the question sharper before making the product bigger.
Yes. We can explore the user problem, the new capability, the experience, the boundaries and the smallest prototype that can teach us something.
No. I work alongside founders and teams on product direction, strategy, discovery, growth and the decisions that help technical work create value.
A real user problem, a reason behavior can change, a proposition people can understand, a workable path to value and an experiment that can reduce uncertainty.

THE NEXT QUESTION
We can make the knowledge advantage and the next test explicit.
