Direction
Decide what digital transformation should change and what business or institutional outcome matters.
Digital strategy / Egypt · MENA
New technology cannot repair unclear ownership, fragmented knowledge or a workflow nobody understands. The work connects strategic direction with the capabilities, decisions and operating changes required to make it real.
Start a conversation about your organization ↗01 / Start with the operating question
What is slow because the process was designed for another era? Where is knowledge trapped? What is a customer forced to do because the organization is structured around itself? Which decisions could become faster or better? What new service or product becomes possible?
02 / Four layers of transformation
Decide what digital transformation should change and what business or institutional outcome matters.
Redesign how customers, citizens, employees or partners interact with the organization.
Examine workflows, ownership, information, systems and increasingly the role of AI.
Build the skills, governance and internal ownership that allow change to survive after launch.
03 / From strategy into something real
My career has moved between both sides of transformation: deciding what should happen and managing the work that makes it happen. At Digital Brandria, I led the company’s transformation from a production boutique into a broader digital agency, while also directing transformation work for organizations including CAPMAS. A transformation is not complete when technology goes live. It is complete when the new behavior becomes normal.

06 / Questions before we start
No. Transformation changes how value is created, decisions are made, people work, customers or citizens experience the organization, and what it can do next.
We start with the operating question: what is slow, where knowledge is trapped, and what customers are forced to do because the organization is structured around itself.
Yes. Experience includes transformation work with CAPMAS and leading Digital Brandria from a production boutique into a broader digital agency.
AI creates a chance to redesign processes that were expensive or complex to change, but adding it to an obsolete workflow is not transformation.
Depending on the brief: a clear direction, experience map, workflow audit, product priorities, capability plan and roadmap to test and measure change.
